1. Who we are

WiseRegent is an AI agent governance platform. We process governance metadata — asset names, versions, policy decisions, approval events — on behalf of enterprise customers. We never process raw model weights, training data, or inference inputs.

2. Data we collect

When you register interest or contact us, we collect your name, work email, company, and role. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry and, with your consent, to send product updates.

3. How we use your data

We use contact information to: respond to enquiries, schedule demos, send early-access invitations (with consent), and improve our product based on feedback. We do not sell your data to third parties.

4. Data retention & deletion

We retain contact data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected. You may request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@wiseregent.com.

5. Security

WiseRegent is SOC 2 Type II certified. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). We undergo regular third-party security assessments.
