1. Acceptance
By accessing WiseRegent you agree to these terms. Early-access participants are bound by the Early Access Agreement issued at invitation.
2. Use of the service
WiseRegent is provided for enterprise AI governance purposes. You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose, to reverse-engineer our systems, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to data belonging to other customers.
3. Intellectual property
WiseRegent and its underlying technology are the intellectual property of WiseRegent, Inc. Customer data remains the customer's property at all times.
4. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, WiseRegent's liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer in the 12 months preceding any claim.
